Temporary root color sprays create a barrier that may inhibit proper color penetration and even deposit. To ensure optimal results and maintain the integrity of our services, please be advised of the following options if a root color spray is present in your hair during your appointment:

1. Additional Shampoo/Blowout Option:

If time permits on your artist's schedule, an additional shampoo and blowout will be added to your appointment ticket to guarantee optimal color results. This ensures that the hair is thoroughly cleansed, allowing for better color absorption and coverage.

2. Rescheduling Option with Service Charge:

Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your appointment with a 50% service charge. Please note that this charge will not be applied to any future bookings.

3. Chemical Consent Form Option:

If you opt to proceed with the color service despite the presence of a root color spray, a chemical consent form will be provided for your review and signature. By signing this form, you acknowledge and release liability regarding potential issues such as poor color coverage due to the presence of the root color spray.

To maintain a serene and professional atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly request that children do not accompany you to the salon. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our patrons, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
